Job summary

Apnimed, a Cambridge-based biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Sr. Director of Commercial Infrastructure & Operations to design and own the operational backbone for the commercial organization.

You will oversee licensing, P2P programs, congresses, content submission, and distribution operations, while identifying AI and automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role is anchored in a pre-launch company with equity potential and high upside, reporting to the VP

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive commercial operations experience in biopharma, with direct licensing/registration, P2P program ops, event logistics, or sample/literature distribution.
• Experience managing promotional content submission and MLR review workflows.
• Working knowledge of PhRMA Code, Sunshine Act transparency reporting, and speaker program compliance.
• Familiarity applying AI and automation tools to operational and logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct Field State Licensing, maintaining state licensing/registration requirements and renewal monitoring.
• Lead P2P Operations, overseeing logistics, compliance checks, meal/spend caps, attendance capture, and closeout.
• Drive Congresses, Meetings & Events, planning and executing congress presence and field meetings, including logistics and budgeting.
• Oversee Commercial Content Submission, ensuring efficient MLR-driven content routing and tracking.
• Oversee Sample & Literature Operations, coordinating distribution and inventory forecasting.
• Partner across the commercial organization to ensure infrastructure supports scaling needs.
• Coordinate external vendors supporting licensing, speaker programs, events, content routing, and literature distribution.
