Job summary

CVS Health in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned product/portfolio leader responsible for defining strategy and execution for the Central Region’s portfolio of healthcare benefits products.

You will influence a matrixed organization, drive end-to-end portfolio performance, and partner with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial and Network teams to deliver differentiated solutions. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
