Responsibilities include leading Medicaid marketing strategy, ensuring ODM-compliant materials, overseeing communications and events, and coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Communications,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading Medicaid marketing operations.
• Knowledge of ODM guidelines and licensing.
• Ability to translate programs into accessible materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicaid marketing strategy and oversight of planned activities to promote membership and awareness.
• Ensure all marketing materials and events comply with ODM requirements and are accurate.
• Oversee development, submission, approval, and distribution of marketing and member communications.
• Ensure ODM approval before distribution and timely revisions.
• Oversee marketing representatives' training, licensing, and compliant practices.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Communications, Member Services, and Operations.
• Ensure materials are understandable and accessible, with translations as needed.
• Maintain governance around marketing approvals, inventories, and regulatory submissions.
• Escalate suspected marketing violations and discontinue use of materials when directed.
