The role ensures materials are culturally responsive and accessible, collaborating with community partners, Medicaid members, and internal stakeholders.

Applicants should reside in Oregon with up to 10% travel for quarterly in-office meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and accredited.
• 5+ years related experience in healthcare communications.
• Experience managing translation and trans creation for diverse populations.
• Experience engaging with community organizations, Medicaid members, and stakeholders.
• Experience building equity-centered, culturally responsive health campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee branding and messaging across communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted, accessible content.
• Oversee regulatory review and approval processes for materials.
• Adopt new channels and platforms to optimize communications.
• Develop resources for program delivery and staff training.
• Manage marketing and communications team and external partners.
• Ensure HIPAA, privacy, and security compliance.
