Job summary

Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking a Director of Medicaid Growth and Retention to lead strategy development and execution for Medicaid lines. You will collaborate with sales, product, and partner organizations to grow membership and retain members through value-based initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in managed care or healthcare product sales, with leadership across cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve outcomes for low-income populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10 years in managed care or 7 years in marketing or product sales experience.
• 7 years' healthcare/product/services leadership with increasing responsibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Medicaid growth and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate pipeline for Marketplace and DSNP.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and providers.
• Lead value-based programs and measure impact against priorities.
• Guide cross-functional teams through large-scale organizational change.
