Job summary

Infinite Roar, Publicis Groupe's dynamic media agency, seeks a Director of Planning to lead a media planning team and own large spend campaigns. You will drive strategic insights, deck writing, budget allocation, and audience development while partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in media planning/strategy, strong presentation skills, and a track record of team leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in media planning/strategy across media channels.
• Previous team management experience.
• Strong digital media experience with local media planning/buying preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills to lead meetings with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore a plus).

Responsibilities

• Strategize with internal leads, partner agencies and client to develop marketing solutions.
• Review client deliverables for quality and viability.
• Develop strategic proposals and client-facing POVs with cross-team inputs.
• Own campaign planning for assigned client accounts.
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and support.
• Lead media planning best practices and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
• Lead planning initiatives including deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development.
• Serve as escalation point for issue resolution.
• Support strategic approach and experience design by linking performance data to opportunities.
• Oversee budget management and flowchart QA.
• Manage and develop Supervisors and Associates.
