Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years engineering experience with leadership roles and strong technical/management background.
• Experience with missile product design lifecycle and complex engineering teams.
• Experience preparing technical and cost proposals; ability to manage program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Precision Control Actuation Systems (PCAS) Department in Tucson and Huntsville.
• Collaborate on PCAS technology roadmaps and composability strategy.
• Ensure compliance with RLPM Gate processes and monitor EACs and EVMS for program performance.
• Oversee staffing, staff development, and leadership alignment with Sensors, Structures and Mechanisms Center.
