Temple Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Materials Management to lead Linen, Receiving, Mail, Storeroom Operations and Distribution at TUH Main Campus. You will drive cost management, quality assurance, and process redesign using IT and cross-functional teamwork.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in Materials Management with leadership experience and knowledge of inventory methods and budgets; Lean Six Sigma is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role within the Temple Health system.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Materials Management required
• Knowledge of supply storage, inventory methods and budget management required
• Lean Six Sigma preferred, supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the Materials Management Departments
• Manages Linen, Receiving, Mail, Storeroom Operations and Distribution for TUH Main Campus
• Drives cost management, quality assurance, work process redesign and customer service improvements using IT, people and capital resources
