Job summary

Granules Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Demand Planning in Chantilly, VA. The role leads the S&OP process, aligning finished-goods demand with supply, inventory targets, and capacity across global operations using ERP/SAP and advanced Excel.

You will coordinate with commercial teams, overseas plants, and 3PL partners, managing ANDA-based demand planning, NPL planning, and inventory strategies while supporting budgeting, cost optimization, and regulatory serialization

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain management or engineering background with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and finished-goods planning.
• Experience with ANDA-based products and NPL planning.
• Proficiency in inventory management, analytics, and ERP/SAP suite.
• DSCSA serialization knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process to align demand, supply, inventory and capacity.
• Serve as liaison between commercial teams and overseas manufacturing plants.
• Perform ANDA-based finished products demand planning and inventory control.
• Coordinate new product launch planning with portfolio and commercial teams.
• Collaborate with 3PL, IT and logistics for serialization, traceability and distribution.
