Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director, Supply Chain Product Planning to lead integrated clinical and commercial product planning, ensuring timely manufacturing and supply chain operations for autoimmune therapies.

You will translate trial schedules and sales projections into master production plans, collaborate with CMOs, manage inventory and safety stock, and support launch readiness in a dynamic, regulated biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in biopharma with 3+ years in production planning, demand forecasting, or inventory control in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP, and inventory management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
