Job summary

Roskam Foods seeks a Director of Master Data Governance responsible for shaping and enforcing data standards and policies across item, vendor, customer, financial, recipe, and supply chain domains. Lead data cleansing and ERP readiness ahead of a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation, partnering with Finance, IT, R&D, and Operations.

You will build a data-centric culture, drive data literacy, and establish controls to ensure accurate, auditable master data across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in data governance, master data management, ERP data migration, or data stewardship.
• Proven leadership in data governance and cleansing programs in manufacturing or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 F&O, and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a master data governance framework aligned with ERP transformation priorities.
• Define data standards, validation rules, naming conventions, change control protocols and approval workflows.
• Lead creation and maintenance of data policies across item, vendor, customer, financial, recipe/formula, and supply chain domains.
• Oversee data cleansing and ERP readiness prior to D365 F&O implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, R&D, Operations, IT, Quality and Supply Chain to fix data quality issues.
• Manage data migration strategy, mapping, and validation for ERP integration.
• Standardize formats, remove duplicates, and enrich missing attributes.
