Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 F&O, and data management, reporting, and workflow tools. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability without direct authority. Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration strategies, and post-go-live data governance processes. Familiarity with financial reporting structures, food manufacturing requirements, regulatory compliance, and audit expectations. Ability to translate complex data issues into practical business decisions, executive reporting, and measurable improvement plans. Experience building data governance programs from the ground up in a growing or transforming organization.
