Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. seeks a Director of Mass Market to lead strategic expansion into mass market segments. You will own the transformation of product line operations, infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy to serve mass market customers, reporting to the HPAC Product Line Head.

This role shapes mass market growth for the HPAC product line within Renesas, building and leading a high-performing team of product managers and marketing specialists to scale operations and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in power semiconductors or related semiconductor markets with direct experience supporting mass market customers.
• Proven experience scaling operations from enterprise/OEM to mass market distribution.
• Experience enabling and managing distribution channels in B2B industries.
• Track record of driving operational transformation (process redesign, infrastructure build, scaling).
• Experience building or evolving digital/web capabilities to support customer self-service at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop mass market strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams to scale product and operations for mass market.
• Build channel enablement programs and manage partner relationships.
• Define and drive go-to-market plans for mass market segments.
• Oversee website and digital tools to support self-service and direct sales.
