Qualifications

• 15+ years in power semiconductors or related semiconductor markets with mass market experience.
• Experience scaling operations from enterprise/OEM to high-volume mass market.
• Experience enabling and managing distribution channels in semiconductor or similar B2B industries.
• Track record of driving operational transformation (process redesign, infrastructure build, organizational scaling).
• Experience building or evolving digital/web capabilities to support customer self-service at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define mass market strategy and roadmap in coordination with Product Management and Development teams.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to adjust design, manufacturing, and support operations for cost-competitiveness and scalability.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and channels to enable mass market go-to-market execution.
• Establish key performance metrics and governance for mass market penetration and growth.
• Lead the development of channel enablement programs, training, and marketing support to drive partner success.
