Job summary

Xometry, Nasdaq: XMTR, is seeking a Director of Marketplace Marketing to own the marketing that drives demand on both sides of the platform. You will set strategy, work cross-functionally, and stay hands-on in programs that deliver results while leading a team of 5–6 marketers.

You’ll drive lead generation, nurture, partner recruitment, and activation, align with international teams, and ensure compelling messaging and ROI across buyer and supplier channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS or technology preferred.
• Manufacturing familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead buyer demand and account growth initiatives across the marketplace.
• Drive supplier marketing strategy and recruitment targets.
• Develop sales enablement materials and partner with Sales.
• Oversee multi-channel programs and measure ROI.
