Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed marketplace, is seeking a Director of Marketplace Marketing to drive demand on both buyer and supplier sides. You will set strategy, lead a 5–6 person team, and work cross-functionally to deliver programs that convert interest into revenue.

You will own MQLs, nurture, and sales enablement, while expanding existing accounts and recruiting new manufacturing partners. A hybrid, fast-growth environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ leading teams. Marketplace, SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred.
• Depth in growth marketing: lead generation and qualification, nurture design and conversion, and collaboration with Sales.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Nurture: Own MQL program from first engagement to hand-off to Sales.
• Customer Advocacy and Account Expansion: Grow existing accounts and build referral programs.
• Sales Enablement: Deliver on-brand messaging and sales materials for Sales.
• Strategy and Reporting: Own partner marketing strategy and results against targets.
• Supplier Acquisition: Build multi-channel programs to recruit manufacturing partners.
• Reputation: Strengthen Xometry’s presence via content partnerships and PR.
• Activation, Engagement and Retention: Onboard partners and keep them engaged.
• Global Alignment: Coordinate with international partner marketing for local markets.
• Network Partnership: Act as marketing partner to the supplier network team.
