Xometry is seeking a Director of Marketplace Marketing in Lexington to drive demand on both the buyer and supplier sides. You will set strategy, lead a 5–6 person team, and work across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing to grow revenue and partner activation.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, nurture programs, and sales enablement content while strengthening the company’s reputation and market presence globally.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, including 5+ leading teams
• Marketplace, SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing familiarity is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing
• Excellent communicator with strong storytelling and value proposition skills
• Proficiency with the latest AI and Martech tools

• Lead generation and nurture programs from engagement to qualification
• Grow existing accounts through onboarding and retention strategies
