At Arctic Wolf, you won’t just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve – you'll help lead the change. Our global Pack is made up of people who thrive on solving hard problems, moving fast, and building technology that protects organizations around the world. We’re proud to be recognized by Forbes, CNBC, Fortune, CRN, Gartner Peer Insights and IDC MarketScape – but what matters most is the work behind it: delivering real outcomes for customers through award winning innovation like our Aurora Platform. If you’re looking for meaningful work, smart teammates and the chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company that’s redefining security operations, Arctic Wolf is the right place for you. Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk.
The Director, Marketing Technology & Campaign Operations owns the technology, data, and operational engine that powers Arctic Wolf’s global marketing organization — from the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and artificial intelligence (AI) roadmap through the campaign operations execution that turns strategy into delivered programs. This role sits on the Growth Services and Operations leadership team and reports directly to the VP, Growth Services and Operations. This leader owns the marketing technology ecosystem end to end, including Marketo administration, the broader go-to-market (GTM) technology stack, data architecture and governance, and the effort to embed AI into the team’s core workflows. The role also owns the operational engine that delivers campaigns on behalf of the teams that own strategy and pipeline targets, including Acquisition Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and demand generation. This is a services and execution role for campaigns — it exists so the teams setting demand strategy have one reliable partner who builds, launches, and runs their programs to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration and reengagement, and creative campaign programs sit outside this role's scope and remain owned by other teams. This leader owns campaign execution across email, webinar, direct mail, and content syndication across the NAM (North America), EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions and Arctic Wolf’s sales plays, including the intake model, service level agreements (SLAs), build and QA standards, and the budget and MDF (market development funds) administration that keep the broader marketing organization moving without becoming a bottleneck. This is a people‑leadership‑heavy role, managing a distributed team that spans marketing technology, database management, email and nurture strategy, and campaign operations, and a close partner to the Senior Director, Campaigns and Content and the teams that own demand and pipeline targets.
You are a hands‑on technical leader who understands marketing technology architecture at a deep level, and you can run a high‑volume campaign execution engine at the same time. You see AI as a practical tool for reducing manual work, not a buzzword, and you can identify where it will actually move the needle. You build scalable processes, SLAs, and governance rather than absorbing chaos into your own schedule. You can manage a distributed, regionally diverse team across both technology and execution disciplines and keep them focused on outcomes, not just tickets. You don’t need to own the pipeline number to care about it — you measure yourself by how well you deliver for the teams who do. You are comfortable owning a roadmap, a budget, and a vendor negotiation, and just as comfortable being hands‑on in the platform or the campaign build when needed.
