Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. seeks a Director of Marketing Technology & Campaign Operations to lead the global MarTech stack, AI integration, data governance, and the campaign execution engine. You will partner with Growth Services and Operations to drive measurable outcomes across NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.

You will own the roadmap, vendor decisions, and SLAs for marketing tech tools, ensure compliant data practices, and lead a distributed team focused on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing technology or related operations.
• Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own MarTech strategy, architecture, and roadmap aligned to GTM goals.
• Embed AI into marketing operations to reduce cycle time and manual work.
• Own data, lifecycle design, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end campaign operations across email, webinars, and direct mail.
• Manage budget, MDF, and vendor decisions; partner with revenue leadership.
• Develop and coach a distributed marketing tech team.
