Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to act as the regional marketing expert. You will work with account teams and channel partners to generate demand and drive funnel velocity in the Mid-Atlantic region.
You will craft regional plans, coordinate events, and share insights with corporate marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging. A background in B2B field/partner marketing is essential, with a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field and strong sales collaboration
The Field Marketing Manager serves as the in-region marketing expert, collaborating closely with regional account teams, including account executives and account representatives, and top tier channel partners. This role is also responsible for communicating field-level insights to the broader marketing team to ensure that messaging, content and demand generation programs meet the needs of the region.
Ability to effectively leverage marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
Knowledge of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies
Strong analytical skills; ability to measure effectiveness of programs and extract actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team members
Deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to achieve opportunity targets

The base salary range for this job family is 55,800 to 189,000 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
