Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to serve as the in-region marketing expert for the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll collaborate with regional account teams and top channel partners to design campaigns, events, and content that drive demand and funnel velocity.

You will leverage marketing automation tools and Salesforce to measure program effectiveness, while coordinating with sales leaders to optimize messaging and tactics.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team members.
  • Knowledge of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Create quarterly marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in assigned territory.
  • Continuously engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Research, design and coordinate regional and partner events from planning to post-event follow up.
  • Develop a formal methodology to collect, share, and prioritize insights with corporate marketing.
  • Collaborate with top-tier channel partners to develop programs that open opportunities.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and project manage vendor relations.
  • Manage and balance field and partner marketing budgets; evaluate results and drive improvement.
