Forbes Technical Consulting LLC seeks a Director of Marketing/Operations Technology in Chicago. You will lead the Marketing Operations & Technology team to enable marketing execution, technology adoption, and business performance.

Role requires 10+ years in marketing operations/technology, strong people management, and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data-driven campaigns. Hybrid work is offered with downtown Chicago presence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in marketing operations/technology or related fields.
• 5+ years of people management experience; able to attract and develop talent.
• Experience leading marketing operations, automation, or business operations teams.
• Experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Strategic leader with strong operational and business acumen; coaching skills.
• Ability to manage technology portfolios, priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of data management, segmentation, campaign execution, and customer journey orchestration.
• Strong understanding of marketing tech ecosystems and automation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Marketing Operations & Technology team to enable marketing execution and business performance.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Collaborate with IT, OGC, and Risk Management to govern technology portfolios and approvals.
• Measure operational performance and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
