Brightside Health is seeking a Director, Marketing & Brand who can own brand development in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for shaping and elevating the Brightside brand across multiple touchpoints, driving awareness and trust among consumer and B2B audiences. This high-impact, collaborative role reports to the COO and works cross-functionally with the CEO, Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams.

This role focuses on executing Brightside’s brand strategy independently and efficiently, translating brand identity into a go-to-market strategy, overseeing campaign development, maintaining brand guidelines, shaping messaging across platforms, supporting public relations efforts, managing creative partners, leveraging AI tools for efficiency, and evolving the brand based on data and trends.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative strategy, with 3+ years leading and mentoring teams
  • Proven success in building and scaling brands in fast-paced environments; portfolio or case studies appreciated
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of brand across consumer and enterprise audiences
  • Strategic, execution-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, and visual cohesion skills
  • In-house experience in corporate brand roles for at least 2 years; agency experience acceptable
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing external partners and freelancers
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for content, research, and social media
