The B2B Digital Marketing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the strategic direction, client satisfaction, and growth across integrated marketing programs. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital marketing, client leadership, team development, and plays a key role in agency innovation, operations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, including CMOs, CEOs, and senior executives
- Drive strategic alignment between client business goals and marketing programs
- Resolve client challenges and escalate issues appropriately
- Oversee client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnership success
Strategic Marketing Oversight
- Lead the development and presentation of integrated marketing strategies across digital channels (paid media, SEO, content, email, ABM, etc.)
- Ensure client strategies are aligned with market trends, business objectives, and buying journey insights
- Oversee account execution, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and KPIs
- Review campaigns and content developed by team members
- Must be a team player, willing to support execution as needed
- Provide strategic guidance, feedback, and professional development for direct reports
- Foster a culture of kindness, accountability, problem solving, and client-centric thinking
- Manage account teams, ensuring all client deliverables are high quality and meet the set deadlines
- Coach account managers on managing teams and delegating tasks appropriately
Business Development & Growth
- Lead strategic upsell and cross-sell conversations across your accounts
- Collaborate with leadership on new business pitches
Performance & Operational Excellence
- Oversee client reporting and insights tied to business impact (pipeline, ROI, conversion)
- Set standards for strategic reporting and measurement frameworks across accounts
- Support agency operations by improving internal processes, tools, and delivery workflows
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or integrated marketing roles
- 5+ years of experience in agency roles
- 2+ years of experience in a strategic account leadership or director-level position
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising/paid media, SEO, email marketing, and marketing analytics
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, buying journeys, and multi-channel campaign planning
- Proven success managing client relationships and high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Expertise in platforms such as GA4, CRM systems, MAPs, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and strategic thinking
