Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop marketing leaders and teams.
• Define and drive short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Translate priorities into a prioritized marketing roadmap for client acquisition and HCP recruitment.
• Oversee enterprise brand strategy, messaging, and thought leadership.
• Manage budget, capacity planning, and portfolio prioritization.
