Job summary

4DMedical, a global medical technology company, seeks a Director of Reimbursement to lead payer access strategy for CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers, aligning with the commercialization plan for imaging products.

You will build policies, coordinate cross-functionally, educate payors, and partner with societies and stakeholders to secure coverage. Experience in payor/reimbursement and CPT coding is required; a college degree is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in payor, reimbursement or market access.
• Strong CPT coding, billing and reimbursement knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a player/coach role.

Responsibilities

• Lead market access efforts with CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Develop reimbursement strategy and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to ensure approvals and reimbursements.
• Partner with major payors for future coverage and with societies for advocacy.
