Job summary

4DMedical is seeking a Director of Market Access and Reimbursement to lead reimbursement strategy for our imaging and AI products, aligning with commercialization plans. You will drive CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and private payer efforts and shape policy development.

You will partner across Sales, Clinical, and Demand Generation, educate payors, and build key relationships with professional societies to advance coverage. This role offers a remote work option.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in payor, reimbursement, or market access.
• Strong CPT coding, billing, and reimbursement knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or college degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead all market access efforts, including CMS/Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payers; develop reimbursement strategy and ensure cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to ensure approvals and reimbursements, and address denials when applicable.
• Partner with top payors to learn about CT:VQ and inform future coverage decisions.
• Engage with Societies and federal advocacy for guidance and support.
