Job summary

4DMedical, a global medical technology company, seeks a Director of Reimbursement to lead payer access strategy for CMS/Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers, aligning with the commercialization plan for imaging products.

You will build policies, coordinate cross-functionally, educate payors, and partner with societies and stakeholders to secure coverage. Experience in payor/reimbursement and CPT coding is required; a college degree is essential.

Qualifications

The Director of Reimbursement is responsible for leading 4DMedicals reimbursement (coding, coverage, payment) strategy and execution. This role has accountability for public and private payer coverage strategy, implementation plans, and tactical execution that aligns with the overall commercialization plan for the company’s portfolio of products. Responsibilities/Duties

• Lead all market access efforts, including CMS/Medicare/Medicaid, and commercial payers. Reimbursement strategy, policy development, and cross-functional execution to improve reimbursement outcomes.
• To work alongside the Demand Generation team to ensure cases are being approved, reimbursed, and share how to amend a denial if applicable.
• Partner with Top Payors to learn more about CT:VQ for future coverage.
• Partner with Societies and federal advocacy with support and guidance.

Experience required

• 3-5 Years of Payor, Reimbursement, Market Access experience.
• High knowledge of CPT coding, billing, and reimbursement.
• College Degree.
• The ability to work cross functional in a player/coach role.

Working with imaging, software, AI, and category 3 products.

• Reaching out and educating payors on products.
• Partnering with key Stakeholders and Societies.
• Teamwork with Sales and Clinical teams.
• Worked in imaging or CT space
• Key relationship with main Societies.
