Job summary

Jacobs Management Group is looking for a Director of Medical Device Reimbursement and Market Access to own the reimbursement strategy for their product line. This fully remote position requires expertise in CMS coverage, coding, and payment processes.

You will have high visibility, work across teams to influence product launches, and ensure providers can access medical technologies. The role offers a chance to present to executives and government bodies, ensuring the company maintains effective reimbursement approaches.

Qualifications

• Direct experience working with MACs on LCD development and coverage determinations.
• Hands-on expertise with CMS coverage and payment processes: NCA/LCD, OPPS, MPFS, IPPS.
• Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and external government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute reimbursement strategies across CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS.
• Monitor CMS rules and assess the business impact.
• Lead efforts to obtain, expand, and defend favorable coverage and payment rates.
