Job summary

Veranex invites a Director, Market Access and Reimbursement to join our team. You will lead client engagements, develop strategic plans, and oversee project delivery across health policy, payer trends, CMS actions, and market access for medical devices in the US.

Remote US or Boston/hybrid, you will mentor associates, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality client solutions while expanding Veranex’s presence in the market access space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Health Policy, Life Sciences, Economics or Business.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant consulting experience in healthcare or med-tech analytics.
• Strong presentation skills for high-impact client deliverables.
• Excellent report writing to distill complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and project management for client engagements in US market access and reimbursement.
• Mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers with constructive feedback.
• Develop project plans, timelines and roles/responsibilities for project teams.
• Deliverables development, review and client-facing presentations.
• Perform primary and secondary research on health policy, payer trends and reimbursement policies.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients and support market access strategy for devices and therapies.
