Job summary

ADVI Health seeks a Director of Market Access to serve as a trusted advisor guiding complex market access and commercialization engagements. This senior role operates at the center of strategy—shaping product access, value messaging, and navigating a constrained policy/reimbursement environment.

You will partner with clients to develop and execute market access strategies while contributing to the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA, MPP, MS Health Economics, or similar).
10+ years of experience in market access, commercialization, consulting, or life sciences
Deep understanding of payer dynamics, coverage, and reimbursement
Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
Experience managing teams, budgets, and project delivery

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor and primary client contact on market access engagements.
Lead development of market access strategies across commercial and public payer environments.
Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
Ensure high-quality delivery across scope, timelines, and budget.
Identify and expand opportunities within existing client relationships.
Contribute to proposals, solution design, and scoping of new engagements.
Mentor and develop team members.
Partner across teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
