Job summary

Ogilvy Health Market Access seeks an experienced Market Access Analytics leader to drive the data strategy, development, and delivery of proprietary analytics offerings for pharmaceutical clients.

The Director will manage a team of analysts, remain hands-on with complex data challenges, and collaborate with development, UX, account, strategy, and external data‑provider teams to ensure scalable, high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical market access data a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy and delivery of market access analytics products.
• Translate complex market access questions into analytical methodologies and scalable solutions.
• Partner with development, UX, account, strategy, production, and external data providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Remain hands-on with data challenges, MySQL queries, Excel analyses, and validation.
