Job summary

Ogilvy Health Market Access seeks an accomplished Market Access Analytics Director to drive the data strategy and delivery of proprietary analytics offerings across pharmaceuticals and healthcare clients. You will lead a team, stay hands-on with complex data challenges, and translate data into actionable insights for field teams and clients.

Based in the U.S., you will collaborate with development, UX, accounts and external data providers to ensure scalable, accurate solutions delivered on time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, market access or related data environment.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical market access and reimbursement including payer and plan structures.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources such as formulary/coverage, claims, HCP data and payer data.

Responsibilities

• Lead data solutions for market access products, field-facing tools, and client analytics.
• Analyze formulary/coverage, prescription/medical claims, HCP, payer and plan data.
• Translate business questions into analytical methodologies, data requirements, and scalable solutions.
• Own quality control and validation of methodologies and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with development, UX, account, strategy, production and data-provider teams.
• Present complex analytics clearly to clients and cross-functional teams.
