Job summary

Ogilvy Health is seeking an experienced Market Access Analytics leader to drive the data strategy, development, and delivery of our proprietary market access solutions and client analytics. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate complex market access data into actionable insights for field teams and decision makers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years analytics experience in pharma/life sciences or related data environment.
• Understanding of market access and reimbursement channels.
• Experience with formulary/coverage, claims data, HCP, payer data.
• 5+ years hands-on MySQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline data processes.
• Strong client communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of data quality, integration, and validation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead data solution implementations for market access products and client analytics.
• Integrate diverse pharma data sources and validate large datasets.
• Translate business questions into analytical methodologies and data requirements.
• Utilize MySQL, Excel, Power BI to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop actionable insights for HCP, account, payer, and geographic levels.
• Ensure quality control and validation across methodologies and deliverables.
• Collaborate with development, UX, account, strategy, and data-provider teams.
