Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Director, Maritime Business Development (Strategy) to shape, capture, and grow new maritime concepts, products, and future lines.

You will partner with engineering, product, and division leadership to define the customer set, translate customer mission requirements into a credible product strategy, build the partnerships required to deliver the capability, and lead the captures that turn the concept into a program of record.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping capability from concept through funded prototyping or program of record start.
• Experience with commercial or DoD capture and sales.
• Ability to brief senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape maritime opportunities,identify next programs and markets, lead executive engagements.
• Own growth strategy, shape and close opportunities in new or existing markets.
• Stand up new programs from scratch, partner with Government Relations, Marketing, and Communications.
• Expand into adjacent demand by leveraging existing client relationships into new mission areas.
• Shape the market narrative to educate the market and create demand for new capabilities.
• Define product thesis and roadmap by translating customer problems into requirements and milestones.
