Job summary

Anduril Industries' Maritime division seeks a Senior Director, Maritime (International Programs) to own the international growth strategy for autonomous maritime systems. Engage foreign navies and ministries of defense at senior levels to translate requirements into opportunities and lead end-to-end capture from qualification to ink.

The role requires 10–15 years in defense/government, a proven ability to close international deals, expertise with FMS/DCS, ITAR/EAR licensing, and travel of 50%+.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant industry, military, or government experience.
• Proven track record turning technical capability into closed international business.
• Experience with FMS and DCS, including ITAR/EAR export licensing.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% and operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own international growth strategy and annual growth plan for maritime portfolio.
• Lead pipeline reviews, forecast, and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
• Engage with partner navies and MoDs at senior levels; translate requirements into opportunities.
• Structure deals, shape price-to-win, and select go-to-market pathways (FMS vs. DCS).
• Coordinate ITAR/EAR licensing and end-use requirements with trade compliance.
