Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director, Maritime (International Programs) to own and lead international growth for the Maritime portfolio. You will engage senior partner-nation officials to translate requirements into opportunities, manage the capture from qualification to ink, and build enduring international programs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant industry, military operations, or government experience.
• Proven track record turning technical capability into closed international business.
• Experience with foreign navies and defense exposures is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own your portfolio’s international growth strategy and forecast growth.
• Engage with partner-nation engineers and requirements officers to translate capabilities into contracts.
• Lead end-to-end capture of international opportunities, including RFI/RFP responses.
• Lead program creation activities and drive toward program-of-record execution.
• Develop partnership and teaming strategies with foreign primes and in-country partners.
• Drive international go-to-market, including product marketing and defense exhibitions.
