Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a qualified professional to lead continuous improvement initiatives at our manufacturing plant. You will analyze process data and financial reports to identify opportunities and implement TPM/Lean/Six Sigma solutions.

The role requires hands-on leadership with front-line teams, managing pilots, driving rollout of plans, and collaborating across functions. Travel up to 20% may be required. A Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification highly preferred.
• Experience driving operations excellence and TPM/Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop continuous improvement initiatives within the local manufacturing plant to boost operational performance.
• Create detailed data analytics from process information and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma and related methods to plant staff.
• Hands-on guidance with front-line teams to deploy sustainable improvement activities.
• Lead pilots and rollout of new continuous improvement plans.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant
• Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant
• Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities
• Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans
• Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders
• This position may require travel up to 20% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
