Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the New Glenn Manufacturing team and establish the Business Operations function. You will be at the intersection of Operations, Strategy, Data Analytics, and Project Management to scale manufacturing rapidly.

Collaboration with New Glenn leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners will drive programs that improve efficiency, manage budgets, and optimize capacity while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, Operations / Supply Chain management or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or PMP Certification preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management, operations, or finance.
• Experience leading and managing high performing teams.
• Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage space utilization across Rocket Park and ensure proper transitions.
• Establish capacity management Monitoring to forecast capacity additions as business grows.
• Oversee large-scale capacity expansion projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate between strategy, technology, manufacturing, finance, and business operations.
• Lead rhythm of business reviews for New Glenn Operations.
