Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-caliber candidates and clients, including top-tier law firms and corporate legal departments
- Recruit top legal talent and manage the full placement lifecycle —from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Prospect, onboard, and manage new client partnerships , delivering excellent service throughout each search
- Screen and interview candidates via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Leverage Coda’s top-tier tech stack, internal ATS, and social media platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Stay current on legal industry hiring trends by attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Contribute to the growth of Coda’s legal division by offering strategic ideas, improving processes, and helping to shape the team’s future direction
- 3+ years of full-desk, permanent placement Legal recruiting experience (agency side)
- Demonstrated success placing legal professionals in law firms and corporate legal departments
- Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
- Experience in bringing in new legal searches and growing a book of business
- Bachelor's degree preferred
