Nordic is seeking a Director of Operations, Managed Services to direct and coordinate operations between the Managed Services team and other internal departments. You will act as the primary MSP contact for shared services and ensure projects are prioritized and completed with innovative tools and processes for efficiency.

You will join the Managed Services leadership team and drive continuous improvement, coaching, and collaboration across IT, PMO, HR, Finance, and other units to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years practical business experience working directly with shared services departments.
• Experience working in IT services preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL roles and processes preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations preferred.
• Continuous process improvement experience required.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Solid analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to work with all levels of an organization and diverse teams.
• Adaptability to changes and ability to lead change under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must embody Nordic's maxims.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the Managed Services Operations team and align priorities.
• Oversee project work across Nordic and shared services.
• Develop innovative tools and processes for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate P&L reporting.
• Serve as PMO subject matter expert for initiatives across units.
