Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Director of Operations, Managed Services to direct and coordinate operations across Nordic’s Managed Services team and adjacent departments. You will be the primary MSP contact for shared services, ensuring projects are prioritized, new tools and methodologies are developed, and internal processes for operational success are monitored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years practical business experience with shared services in an organization.
• IT services experience preferred.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems and change management preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of operations.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSP operations and prioritize initiatives across Nordic and shared services.
• Serve as primary MSP contact for cross-functional PMO/IT/Finance collaboration.
• Develop innovative tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Oversee performance against operational objectives and mentor leaders.
• Ensure projects are executed successfully across business units.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and financial reporting alignment.
• Guide IT to develop SLAs and operations infrastructure.
