Nordic is seeking a Director of Operations, Managed Services to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence across IT and shared services. You will act as a senior point of contact for PMO, IT, HR, and Finance, guiding initiatives that improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading managed services operations.
• Strong communication to all organizational levels.
• Lean and Six Sigma process improvement experience.

• Develop and implement operational standards, tools, and reporting.
