Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of managed care contracting and negotiation experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytic, and relationship management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of provider payment arrangements and methods.
• Deep knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all third‑party contracting across the system, leading negotiations to secure market‑competitive rates.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align network contracting strategies with organizational goals.
• Monitor market dynamics and develop/execute contracting strategies in response to payer changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with third‑party insurers, ensuring transparency and alignment with priorities.
• Monitor payer performance and ensure contract compliance, supporting analytics and risk mitigation.
