St. Tammany Health System in Covington, LA, seeks a Director of Payer Contracting & Analytics to shape and execute the hospital’s managed care strategy. You will lead contract negotiations, financial analytics, and cross-functional teams to optimize reimbursement and align contracts with organizational goals.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years in managed care contracting, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle operations; an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Public Health.
• Minimum 5 years in managed care contracting and reimbursement experience.
• Experience in healthcare finance and/or revenue cycle operations.
• Data analytics and financial modeling.
• MBA or MHA or similar degree preferred.
