Job summary

Beacon Health System seeks a Director of Managed Care to lead provider relations, enrollment, credentialing, and contracting across CHA and the ACO program. You will align managed care strategy with contract negotiations to drive financial performance and strengthen payer partnerships.

The role partners with finance, revenue cycle, strategy and clinical operations to ensure value-based programs meet organizational goals and regulatory guidelines. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managed care and group insurance experience.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare and physician contracting.

Responsibilities

• Directs all managed care activities for CHA, Provider Enrollment and CHA ACO.
• Oversees credentialing processes and ensures policies are followed.
• Plans, coordinates and manages ACO activities with internal teams.
• Develops short- and long-term goals and operating plans for CHA and related entities.
• Analyzes contract profitability and negotiates with payors and providers.
• Ensures timely enrollment and re-credentialing across CHA, BMG, BHS and related entities.
• Provides leadership and coaching to department staff and manages budgets.
