Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) in Boston, MA seeks a Senior Director of Payor Contracting to lead contracting strategy across markets and partner with the executive team on value-based contracts for FQHCs.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy & ACO Contracting, this role manages strategic initiatives, negotiates with payors, and works with analytics to forecast P&L and ensure contract compliance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills.
• Healthcare experience required, including value-based contracting experience.
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead payor and provider contracting strategy across multiple markets with Executive Team.
• Identify opportunities for new value-based contracts for FQHC partners and assess capacity to expand.
• Manage strategic initiatives related to payor contracting and new markets entry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with health plans and provider organizations.
• Negotiate with payors and oversee procurement of new risk-based contracts.
• Collaborate with analytics and actuarial to understand P&L from contracts.
• Ensure contract requirements and compliance across stakeholders.
