A leading non-profit organization is seeking a Director for Individual Giving and Philanthropy, responsible for managing a major gift portfolio to generate significant revenue. This role requires a strong track record in major gift fundraising, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative approach. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in non-profit fundraising and be located in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of major gift experience in a non-profit setting.
• Proven track record closing 6 and 7 figure gifts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and growth of the major gift portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Community Engagement team on fundraising efforts.
• Forecast revenue from the major gift portfolio.
