McCormack Baron Companies is seeking a Director of Maintenance & Facilities to provide strategic leadership across a diverse, mixed-use real estate portfolio, including market-rate, affordable housing, and LIHTC properties. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, capital planning, vendor management, and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

BS in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management.
Strong leadership and team development skills across portfolios.
Experience with capital planning, project management, and budgeting.
Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and building safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and oversight for facilities and maintenance activities across the portfolio.
Develop and implement standards for maintenance and life safety systems.
Lead and mentor facilities leaders, supervisors, and technicians.
Oversee capital planning, budgeting, and building improvements.
