EssilorLuxottica seeks a Director of Maintenance & Facilities to lead maintenance, facilities management, and automation reliability for North America DCs. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and external vendors to drive uptime and cost efficiency.

The role requires directing capital planning, budgeting, and execution for maintenance, spare parts, facility upgrades, and automation projects across the region, while applying Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to improve

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial).
• 10+ years in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or logistics with leadership.
• Experience with automated material handling systems.
• Willingness to travel across North America (10–25%).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy a North America-wide maintenance strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead uptime optimization for conveyors, sorters, robotics, and systems.
• Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety.
• Manage vendor contracts and SLAs for facilities services.
• Drive adoption of CMMS, IoT, predictive analytics, and AI-based maintenance.
